Meat
The full selection of Letchworth Garden City Farms' meats can be provided; please take a few minutes to browse this page to get an overview of what's available. We are able to provide any quantity, and any cut, however obscure!

Cheese
The whole range of British and Irish cheeses on display in the shop are available, along with a wide selection of top-quality continental cheeses, from Comté to Roquefort to Gjetost to plain Cheddar! We can also source block catering cheeses, such as Mozzarella, Red Leicester or Brie, and can provide specialist guidance in constructing a cheeseboard or counter, along with full notes on our farmhouse and artisan cheeses.

Wine
The wines on display in the shop represent only a small subset of the wines we can source. We can provide the finest wines from all over the world - from the Loire to South Africa and from Gloucestershire to Chile - and are able to offer expert advice in selecting the right wine for your needs.

Fruit and Vegetables
Our range of fruit and vegetables varies with the seasons; you can always be certain of finding the finest, most seasonal, local produce at The Food Barn. Everyday staples such as potatoes, carrots and tomatoes are always available, though specific varieties will change over the course of the year, and more unusual produce, such as samphire or rhubarb, can be provided when they are in season.

Fish
Because our range of fish changes week by week, and prices change according to availability, we run our fish wholesale operation somewhat differently.
